We are making the following statements:

1.) To the BEST of my knowledge, no picture has a copyright.

2.) They may be downloaded and used in promotions to which they are appropriate.

3.) Requests to use a picture hosted by our server,

a.) MUST include a link to the site which they come from! Period! No exceptions!!!

(We do check our statistics, which includes those URL's)

b.) We WILL ONLY host pictures on use of NOT-FOR-PROFIT Websites.

Those sites include things like Government Agencies (i.e. Fire and Police Departments),

Patriotic, Religious, Helpful Hints, etc.

c.) We will host pictures for Use in All Political Campaigns, REGARDLESS of Political Affiliate.
